Waste tender court action goes ahead

dispatch.co.za - THE provincial Health Department and Butterworth medical waste-removal company raided by the Green Scorpions some months ago have failed to have a high court action postponed. Last week acting Bhisho High Court judge Leon Kemp allowed Durban-based firm Compass Waste Services to proceed with its claim against the department.
