Vandals, thieves hit racing track for 20th time

dispatch.co.za - EAST Londons race track was broken into last week the 20th time this year it has been hit by thieves or vandals. Ray Brooks, chairperson of the Border Motorsport committee, said that in the latest incident, thieves broke into the store room at the go-carting circuit on Thursday night and stole all the lights, cables and a weed-eater.
