SOMALIA: Talks resume amid continuing violence

irinnews.org - NAIROBI Monday, November 24, 2008 (IRIN) - Talks aimed at ending the conflict in Somalia have resumed in Djibouti, amid reports that dozens of civilians died in weekend violence in Mogadishu.
