irinnews.org - HARGEISA, SOMALILAND Monday, October 27, 2008 (IRIN) - In September, Sophie (not her real name) fled fighting in Mogadishu to seek shelter in a camp in Hargeisa, capital of the self-declared republic of Somaliland.
