Friday Message 15th January 2010.

Generosity of the mind is forever rewording, and could be at various in features of profiting either with or without the generous person’s consciences. By that I mean, the loving of kindness to people and other pieces or acting on behalf of generosity by caring for those your right hand can reach is in another level of spreading the truth, virtue and tolerance, but it’s also for the clearance of our uncertainties.

Those but generous in their endeavors, and eager not to fail in sanity by caring for the living beings as much as they could while they can, would always be remembered by every creature whom would as well sustain prayers for them in this life and after time as such is the least of rewords that God-Almighty has primed in their case.

THE BLACK SLAVE AND HIS DOG; A short tail from our rich Islamic Studies is here but also to endorse soberness for those who have wisdom.

Abdullah Ibn Ja’far who owned an orchard was one day onto visits it. On the passing to get there, he came across an Estate where he saw a black slave sitting down with his dog and was with some bread in his hands. As Abdullah watched, the man took a piece of bread and gives it to his dog which it ate and was fed as such until the bread was finish.

“How much bread are you given every day”? Abdullah then asked the man. “The little amount that you show when I was feeding my dog, is the quantity I get each day”, the man answered. “Why did you give it the dog instead of attending to yourself first as you seem very exhausting with hunger”? Abdullah asked again. “There are no dogs hereabouts’ and this one had came from a very far distance and it’s hungry, because of that I desire not to eat but feed it with my daily meal”, replied the man. “But how would you manage for the rest of the day then?” Abdullah asked over again. “I shall bare the hunger,” the man answered again.

Abdullah was so amazed for how generous the guy was. He asked himself while in thoughts, ‘if I am the one with the reputation in my county for generosity, yet this destitute person was very kind to an animal as such and up to the extend of being more philanthropic than I, then what is my reputation for?’

Abdullah purchased the whole Estate and give it to that very destitute slave with a bunch of funds, of course, but previous to that also and after his wisdom ‘Abdullah Ibn Ja’far’ did not make any hesitancy in paying for the man’s freedom in currency and releasing him from the heartless master who was custodian of the man’s affairs at that time.
