I think Babou Jobe is insaned. Are you kiding me? Gambians have been grow maize (corn) to the best of their ability ever since. It is the government the should intervene instead to held ordinary folks to make maize growing more productive. Equipment such fertilizer, new corn breeds that are more adaptable to the Gambian environmental conditions should be introduced to make corn cutivation more worthwhile. Hence the creation of Babou Jobe's department (NARI), which has been failing its obligation to the Gambian people ever since its creation. But dot not get satisfied untill there is enough Gambian produced rice for single Gambian year round.
