African union should be talking about not only how to grantee food self sufficience to the african people but proper balance diet to all africans especially women and children. This leads to healthy african bodies and mind that can handle the challenges of the twenty first and beyong. Information and communication technologies is important, but africans need to be innovator in that sector and not only consumers as we are today. The reason for that is, malnurishment leads to weak mindedness, which leads poor human resources. The consequence of which is our lagging behind on sectors of this globlized world.
